basically, they%26#039;re going to get your email and send you a lot of spam. then theyre going to get into your computer and give it viruses. You will probably have to get a new computer and I know some people who did this, and they never got what they were promised. I have a few brothers that I want to set up a bank account for, so that they can draw from it as needed.

I have a few needs:

1. Cover potential liability reasons (if one of them were to clear out the account(s) or drastically overdraw the account(s), I need to be protected). Would debit cards be better for this?

2. Need a way to check on account, probably online

3. Ideally, a way to auto-refill the account every month

4. Ideally, a personal inscription, eg %26quot;The Family%26quot; under the brother%26#039;s name on the card.

I think I have a few options:

1. Set up an LLC and set up a small biz account that way. But I%26#039;m afraid of the costs, and I have no idea what the tax implications are. Literally, all I%26#039;ll be doing is to fund the account for these guys, who will withdraw from it.

2. Just set them up as additional users on my credit card, but a) if they overdraw, I have to pay fees, b) there%26#039;s a delay for charges.

Are there banks (online?) who offer free additional users on debit cards?

The easiest thing (with the least liability for you) is to just send them a check each month or deposit it directly into their account.

Or, you can give them a pre-paid credit card each month.

But seriously, you aren%26#039;t doing them any favors. From what you%26#039;ve written it sounds like they%26#039;re irresponsible. The best thing you could do would be to teach them to be responsible, not fund their problems. Do you plan on supporting them until they die?

As far as your options:

1: this is not a business so an LLC doesn%26#039;t make sense.

2: only do this if you%26#039;re willing to have them run up thousands in debt and you have the means to pay if off.

I really can%26#039;t stress enough what a bad idea I think this is. Eventually they need to act like adults. Better to help them now than wait until things come to a head.

Okay so I%26#039;ve tried 3 different %26#039;free xbox 360%26#039; sites and I finally found one that is pretty good. I believe they ship to N. and S. America, Australia, and Europe. It IS a referral site and you can%26#039;t get around the whole credit card thing. I was hesitant about that too, but the nice thing about this sight is that a few of the offers are major companies. Blockbuster has a free trial, Bargain.com is free, and so is Stamps.com, etc. These are companies verified by www.truste.org. You know that you get the pop ups on “Free Plasma TV”

We all know that nothing is free. BUT I am sick of seeing these pop ups.

I am under the beliefs that less than 99% ever see that TV, IPOD, XBOX or whatever else might be given away for “Free”

Most of these services require that you sign up for offers where they get paid for the referrals and this is how they make their money. If you give up at any time then they made some money and you are not getting your “Free item”

I signed up for an e-mail account just for 1 company that offered such an item. In the last week I have received over 150 pieces of spam.

I did quit at a point of the requirements for several reasons.

1) These offers that you have to sign up for require that you give your credit card information and pay for that service.

2) If the company that is offering the “Free” TV is on the up and up basis they should be able to tell me how far I got in the process.

MY QUESTION is ::

Where and what do I need to do to obtain the forms for suit. I know that if I go Per se the cost of suing someone is not that much money.

I will be asking for their records and let them know that I will be contacting each of their affiliates to see how they should be playing a role. It says in one of their policys that if you complete an application that company will let them know. This is a major company and I do not see that happening.

So what do I need to do to file and get their records and poss. Bleed into a class action suit.

Have they caused you some damage? I thought not. Give it up...|||Saying your going to sue someone and doing it two different things. When you have been wronged then it is your right and you should sue but to sue over something that is so silly and frivolous then this is not a good thing for you and is a waste of your energy, time..
