What site can i use to get a free PSP without surveys or offers? loan

Sorry, but the ONLY way for you to get a free PSP is to somehow win a conest offering it as a prize. All online popups that offer you these things will eventually ask you to subscribe to something or take a poll. Sorry bud|||Sorry- but all of those online survey things are fake. you would have to win a contest|||win a contest. everything else is a scam.

ps this is my 100th answer!!!! w00t|||Buy it from a store, or try air miles if you have enough points, that%26#039;s how I got mine for free =]. NEVER trust those free (electronic here) ads. Not that I%26#039;ve tried them before, but they%26#039;re probably a scam.|||go to http://www.freepsp.com/r=17364/imacheaps...|||There is no way online to get one fro free, the only way to get one like that is to enter some sort of contest. Most sites that offer free things without a sweepstakes or contest are scam site that will steal identity, infect your computer with virus%26#039;s etc. Best way to get a CHEAP on would be to go to ebay, a forum which allows trading or selling goods (pbnation.com may have some under misc. items)

That is all i can help you with, but good luck with getting a psp =]|||your very cheap go eat a Twinkies that you might of won on-line for free

Do American businesses want Illegal immigrant busines?

Apparently they do. Here is what Bank of America is doing

LOS ANGELES -- In the latest sign of the U.S. banking industry%26#039;s aggressive pursuit of the Hispanic market, Bank of America Corp. has quietly begun offering credit cards to customers without Social Security numbers -- typically illegal immigrants.

In recent years, banks across the country have begun offering checking accounts and, in some cases, mortgages to the nation%26#039;s fast-growing ranks of undocumented immigrants, most of whom are Hispanic. But these immigrants generally haven%26#039;t been able to get major credit cards, making it hard for them to develop a credit history and expand their purchasing power.

As long as there are companies like this Illegal will continue to come here and you cannot blame them for doing so. Blame the companies that rool out the red carpet for them. If they did not get any job or benefits they will go back to where they came from tomorrow. An to the idiots who alway ask for a link I will.

Do American businesses want Illegal immigrant busines?consolidation loans

Well, you answered your own question.

Here are my thoughts:

As many of us agree, %26quot;illegal%26quot; means ILLEGAL, so of course they should have to go.

If they have a better life here, they %26quot;should%26quot; stay as long as the US allows them to stay.

But we cannot just sit and complain about it, we have to DO something about it:

Border Security - keep out anyone who did not follow this country%26#039;s laws and regulations for being allowed in

Round up and kick out illegals - like any and all crimes, the law must be enforced, need a secure border or they come right back in, in which case penalties should become stiffer and stiffer for every repeat offense

Deny government services to illegals - that%26#039;s right, no emergency rooms, hospital care, police, firefighters, FEMA, traffic lights, nothing. If you don%26#039;t pay taxes, you don%26#039;t deserve any of them, because you are essentially stealing from the people that do.

Punish those who employ, smuggle, and harbor illegals - as with drugs, you have to work on the demand side of the problem too, not just the supply side. Anyone that encourages, profits from, and facilitates illegal activity is an accomplice/co-conspirator and must be punished.

LEGAL IMMIGRATION IS GREAT and what this country is based on. Quality people coming to join our society without excessively draining our resources. We have scarce resources, and cannot allow millions and millions of illegals into our country without eventually getting overwhelmed. Unfortunately, our border cannot be an open door to the rest of the world%26#039;s billions of unfortunate people. Think about it, without immigration law enforcement, with open borders, how many of the world%26#039;s poor would flock to live in the United States, and what then would our standard of living be? We would become just another third world country.

THERE needs to be a managed, qualified stream of legal immigration that helps this country strengthen, diversify and grow, of people who are qualified, screened, and meet the necessary standards and requirements. People who appreciate this country and what it stands for and will join in, not invade us in uneducated hordes to stay isolated, overwhelming US culture with their own through sheer force of numbers while taking advantage of government services (police, fire, medical, national security, etc.) without paying taxes.

AND we cannot be hypocrites, and we have to be prepared for the consequences, and we must act before the illegal population is so high that it overwhelms even our political system as their children vote in ever increasing numbers. We cannot make money or save money off of cheap illegal labor, whether it is agriculture, cleaning crews, construction, what have you, and then turn around and complain about higher expenses. Many greedy Americans happily profit off of illegals - Bank of America is now offering credit cards to illegals that have no social security numbers. Cell phone companies and banks are working out a system by which illegals can send money to their home countries via cell phones. Large corporations and farmers bus truckloads of illegals around to do things as cheaply as possible. We cannot cry if after cracking down on illegals we have to pay a few cents more as consumers per pound of vegetables, or for professional cleaning services, or for lawn care. Everything is a trade off and we cannot have it both ways.

I love America, my family came here as legal immigrants, as did most Americans%26#039; at some point. Land of the free, equal opportunity, public education, etc. If you love America and will follow the rules, I want you to come and work hard and enjoy our opportunity and make our country even better. If you sneak in illegally you are a criminal and need to be punished, along with anyone that helps you. I do not want to live in a third world country, or see my children or grandchildren living in a third world country, which is what will happen with uncontrolled illegal immigration.

Court tomorrow for Discover Card Debt?

I am going to court tomorrow for my debt with Discover. My original line of crdit was $8,500 but now with interst, late payment and fees it is up to $13,386.

I got the credit card when I was making great money. I went through 2-seprations with my husband and have supported 3-children on/off with this credit card.

In the past, I have been on a monthly payment plan. Then after 1-year I was told I could not stay on the program. My account never went down so I stopped paying because I was strapped for money. I offered them monthly payment of $50, $75 and $100. This was not acceptable. I recived a letter from the lawyer and they said that they would take 70% settlement in Oct. 2007. Recently I received another settlement offer for 50% in Feb. 2008. I would love to take a settlement offer but cannot pay they entire balance in full.

This card was only listed in my name. My husband does not know anything about this debt. What will happen in court tomorrow?

Court tomorrow for Discover Card Debt?student loans company

There will be a court-directed settlement, probably involving a garnishment of your wages until the terms of the settlement are satisfied. The alternative is personal bankruptcy, which should be avoided if at all possible.

Not being able to pay something all at once does not mean you can not pay and the court will consider the case from that viewpoint.

Court tomorrow for Discover Card Debt?

The court will most likely issue a judgment, which may allow the creditor to ask for wage garnishment, put a lien on your house and car and seize your bank accounts as well as any you may acquire in the future (depends on details of your state law)|||They will put a judgment against you, attaching property or assets with your name on it may also be available to the creditor. Garnishment of wages and/or state tax refunds depending on where you live is also an option after they receive the judgment.|||They will obtain a judgment. Best bet is to file bankruptcy. The debt which is un-secured will go away %26amp; not be your responsibility anymore. It will mess up your credit- being this far behind your credit is already trashed.

Otherwise you will probably have 25% of your net income garnished from your wages until it%26#039;s paid.|||likely the judge will enter a judgment against you for the debt due and they will order a judgment for garnishment for wages if our state does garnishment they may ask for a order liquidation of assets and will have to go back to court to prove of this|||Well, a couple of things you might want to consider.I%26#039;ve had good luck here...http://debt-consolidation.featured-resou...

Credit cards settle vs. let go to collections?

I have two cards that have become outragous to pay and I have offered to settle with the companies at about half the owed amount. Should I settle with the companies. If I settle I would have a 1099 sent to me for the remainder. I am wondering if i should let them go to collections in order to avoid the 1099. What are my options and what would be the least impact on my credit report?

Credit cards settle vs. let go to collections?school loans

If you can%26#039;t afford to pay the whole balance it would be best to settle, even though a settlement would hurt your credit if would be better than having your account show up on your credit report constantly as past due, or no payment being made. Also you don%26#039;t want to have the collection agency bloodhounds on your case. You just basically have to pick your poison. The lesser of the two evils. Also once you and your creditor agree to the settlement and you pay the amount. They will send you a settlement receipt letter, stating that the account has been settled. They will no longer be legally allowed to contact you. But make sure you keep the receipt letter and if would be a good thing to sign and send them a cease and desist letter. I use to work for a collection agency.

Credit cards settle vs. let go to collections? loan

How about agreeing to pay back everything you owe? You%26#039;ll have the credit card companies and collection agencies off your back in no time.|||Settling will be better in the long run but if you don%26#039;t have the money pay monthly through a collection company. Usually payments are cheaper with the collection company.|||settling will be better for your credit score but if you have late payments, overcharges... then your credit is already marked high risk and you have a long 7 year wait till anything gets better.|||Pay your cards, your credit history is needed so pay them off, as you will find the card companys will work to get their funds.

Work with the two and you%26#039;ll do alright.|||Settle or declare bankruptcy. In collections the late fees and over limit fees continue to build plus the interest on the overall amount owed plus you will also have the collection fees added on and then if you don%26#039;t pay they take you to court and basically get a judgement against you. Then you can%26#039;t ever take out a loan with that on your record and the juice is still going. I have a credit card bill that has gone from 3650 to over ten thousand.

Credit checks and Employment...should they go hand in hand?

I am really nervous. I was recently offered a job on the condition that my criminal check, credit check and references are completed first. The criminal check and reference are fine, and I will pass with flying colors....it%26#039;s the credit check I am worried about. Honestly, I am pretty sure it sucks! Not because of foreclosures, bankruptcy, repossessions and such, but simply because I (like many people) have had some financial troubles which cause late credit card payments and such.

This position is dealing with different credit card companies, and now I am afraid they will use the credit check against me and decide not to hire me.

Will companies truly pass up a potentially great employee for the sake a some late payments....how is this fair?

Credit checks and Employment...should they go hand in hand?debt consolidation loan

Companies will pass up a good potential employee if they use the credit check as a main employment indicator. There have been several studies that state that people with credit issues and problems are less likely to cause problems and miss work. In addition, they cannot link these people with higher theft either.

But in some situations, the positions need to have a person that can be bonded. People with credit issues are too high of a risk and usually are not insurable.

Credit checks and Employment...should they go hand in hand?

loan

I don%26#039;t think this should be a problem, I would think if you had bankcrupcy or other issues that it might be a problem but for a few overdue payments you should not be penalised as we have all done it at one time or another.|||Some will and some will not.

Since the position involves dealing with credit card companies and you do not have a good record of dealing with credit card companies, I can see why you are concerned.

We do credit checks on potential employees where I work to see how they have managed their financial life. Especially if they are going to be in a position where they will be handling money. There have been a couple of people that were passed over due to credit checks.

Is it fair? We think so since it%26#039;s our job to only hire people that will represent our company in the best way possible. This protects us as well as our customers.|||I think it%26#039;s more for bounced checks or other things like that show up that are against the law...|||Fair?

The company is looking for people who meet the requirements. We do not know if they have bonding or other insurance standards that require the employees in certain areas to be above a specific credit score.

Bad credit means which is not from a specific one-off event indicates the person is not financially responsible. To hire such a person for a roll related to finance would show poor judgment on the part of the company.

It might be that your credit is good enough. You do not know what standard they are looking for. I would remain positive at this stage. I would also pull my credit report if I was you and get any mistakes fixed.|||If you were a car dealer and you needed to hire a car salesman and their background check showed a conviction for auto theft, would you want to hire that person?

Bank sends letters to encourage use of debit card?

Hi. I have a visa debit card provided by the bank, but it is extremely rare that i ever use it. It has been several months since i used it last. The reason i stopped using is because last year i purchased a 12 ounce for $2.56 using the debit card, but didn%26#039;t know that i had no funds in account (the employer delayed the start of direct deposit by 1 week). And then i was fined $33. So the 12 ounce coffee cost me $35.56 altogether! After that i never used the debit card again, and only used credit card thereafter. But now the bank sends frequent letters to encourage use of debit card and that if i use debit card, i will be pre-approved for some other deals offered by bank. So should i start using debit card again?

Bank sends letters to encourage use of debit card?title loans

I wouldn%26#039;t. I hate debit cards and only have one for use at ATM -- which I don%26#039;t really use either.

I%26#039;m not sure what the advantage is to the bank. Perhaps they collect merchant fees or maybe they just hope to get more overdraft fees.

Unless the deal is something really good that you really want, stick with your credit card.

Bank sends letters to encourage use of debit card?

It costs a bank aproximately 3 cents to process a debt card transaction as opposed to a check which costs aproximatley 12 cents to process...that is a 4 factor differance in cost. So it is worth it for them to have you use your debit card as opposed to checks.

Also, some banks have a policy that if you don%26#039;t use your debit card at least once they cancel or deactivate it to prevent fraud on your account via your debit card...so it is a good idea to use it once in a while just to keep the card active. I would always have a customer or two that would come in and inform me that their debit card wouldn%26#039;t work and they were out of checks and they don%26#039;t understand what is going on...always it was that they haven%26#039;t used their debit card, so the bank had deactivated the card for the customers safety...meaning that when the customer really needed it they couldn%26#039;t use it. So use it once in a while.|||I will chose to use a credit card for most transactions, and for small ticket items, will use my ATM card instead. Debit cards to me are essentially like ATM cards, and there%26#039;s no other benefit for me as a consumer (like points for instance). You will also avoid the above situation with credit cards (and can even request for fee waiver and waiver of late payment charges if you pay your bills on time too).|||I stay away from debit cards....good luck trying to get a refund using a debit card. The banks are quick to take out that money, buy are sure slow putting it back in!!|||unless you pay your CC in full at the end of the month, use ATM, unless it a big ticket item, then you want the protection offered by the CCs
