Do you think America is money hungry?

Im 20 years old and 55,000 in debt and counting (im a college student). i just got a car and they will hassle me about i left $3 off my payment. i also learn that credit card companies would send offers to ppl who they know cant afford them. and when you have a loan you pay back more than what you getting a loan for. if we could afford to pay such high intrest, then why would we apply for a loan in the first place? You cant even get a good job if your credit score is low. am i the only one who thinks america doesn%26#039;t care about its citizens?

Do you think America is money hungry?credit card debt

Ummm.......yeah

Do you think America is money hungry? loan

you know i think we are just fine the way we are, but we need improvement in some areas|||I whole-heartedly agree with you.

3 bucks?

Jeez!

People are crazy....|||American government operates like a business. Business operates under capitalism.

In order to succeed in America you must be a capitalist too. Do not go into debt,,,,,ever!

I don%26#039;t agree with everything you say.. For instance I don%26#039;t have a credit score,,, at all!!! and I have a fine job. (I don%26#039;t have a credit card either.)|||You have to cut back on your spending! Think; Is this something I really need or am I trying to impress my friends? Buy what you NEED not everything you WANT. Credit card companies are out to make money, as are banks. They will get their money[or your assets] one way or another. Unfortunately,we are a material obsessed society with everyone trying to %26quot;keep up with Jones%26quot; Banks and credit cards companies exploit this.|||Your personal financial problem is no indication of what America thinks or cares .

My wife and I paid for our daughter%26#039;s four years of college . She wouldn%26#039;t let us help with the next four years of veterinarian school , at over twenty thousand per year . She borrowed the money , and had it all repaid in half the alloted time.

I don%26#039;t know how you got 55,000 in debt . Could it be that you%26#039;re a poor money manager ?

Getting back to what America thinks of its citizens . What suggestions do you have ? What would you expect the tax payers to do ?|||Are you saying that America forced you to get so deep in the hole? or that it should finance your out-of-control spending habits?

You seem to know how it works so why didn%26#039;t you just say no. To a banker a loan is supposed to make money. It is part of his business. Most bank loans have fairly reasonable rates and you are on a payment schedule so that it is easy enough to incorporate them into your monthly budget. And it is harder to get a loan than a credit card.

I agree that credit card companies give their cards to people who really can%26#039;t afford them and at such high rates that most people keep getting deeper and deeper into the hole.

The solution is easy however. Don%26#039;t spend money you don%26#039;t have.|||Very!!!!
