I am moving back to KL and need to set-up credit card, savings, cheque account, and possibly a mortgage too.

Banks are very competitive for your account these days in Malaysia.

For each of the things you mentioned, each bank has different programs to offer so one really cannot say which offers the best product.

You might want to shop around and have more than one bank; at least 2 banks, so you can get better bargains from them. That is it all depends on what your priority is, i.e. mortgage or credit cards etc etc.

I would suggest one domestic bank and another foreign bank.
