I ordered a phone cover from them on january 2nd i think and they never shipped it so i cancelled my order after about a month of waiting and they sent the same message to me about refunding my money on the next credit card statement but never did. I have tried calling and sending emails but they will not respond to any of them and now when you call them their customer service department says that they no longer deal with customer service over the phone but all over e mail but they still send me all of their promotional emails ha but im in the same boat... not exactly sure what to do
