If you are like me and changing e-mail would cause too many problems you just keep puttig them in your junk mail and the computer will start recognizing it.

Otherwise just create a new e-mail. If it is a free service there is no issue. If it is a paid service most companies allow for more than one e-mail address, but if not call them and change the e-mail address.

None of these options should take a long time.

Also, sign an opt-out form with the bank so that they cannot sell your info in the future.

just change your acct. name, even just by one letter or a dot for a dash. then send the change to those you wish to email you.
