For the first time ever I had this dream that scared me to death. It seemed as if it were more of a vision than a dream but I know I was asleep. I pick my kids up from this strange school and I keep trying to get out of there. We go to the parking lot to get into a van. I recognize its my parents van we used to have when i was a teenager...anyway, I get my kids and I in the van and some strangers ask me for directions or something. There are two. One woman and one man. It seemed like I knew them but their faces I don%26#039;t recognize. Anyway, I try and help them and they pull out butcher knives and guns and threaten me and my kids. They don%26#039;t ask for money but I offer them my credit cards and all I had so they wouldn%26#039;t hurt my children. I remember the evil look in their eyes and sinister smiles as they seem to get pleasure from me trying to calm down my kids. I awoke immediately after that and checked on my kids. It scared the **** out of me.
Are these dreams trying to tell me something..........?credit report
i have had terrifying dreams like that and after waking i am usually a mess. this dream could be premonitory and it might be a warning. please take care when heading for your car with your kids in tow. make sure they walk ahead of you and that you are always aware of your surroundings. also, to prevent this type of dream from happening, watch what you eat before bedtime, and, say a prayer or blessing with each of the children and then for yourself when you lay down to go to sleep.

Omg...that sounds scary...but usually dreams don%26#039;t mean anything...to have a dream you have to think about it most of the day throughout the day...and you probably thought about your children being hurt....and to make a point your worried about your children and this dream meant nothing...it just means that you care for your children and don%26#039;t want anything to happen to them.|||I don%26#039;t know if this is a vision, but I guarentee you in a year or two, you will have forgotten about this dream completely, and when you do, you will get a crazy feeling of deja vu, except I doubt that you will get shot or stabbed or anything, but you%26#039;ll definately get freaked out. Don%26#039;t worry about the dream.|||It%26#039;s a dream about your fears. I don%26#039;t think its a prophecy or anything!
Dreams about what we fear the most are common, and usually recurring. In real life it would be your worst nightmare if that happened, if your children were in serious danger and you couldn%26#039;t protect them. That%26#039;s why you dreampt about it. It doesn%26#039;t matter how unlikely you think that type of thing might be in real life, it is still something that you are very afraid of.
I have recurring dreams about the things I am most afraid of. I know the chances of most of my dreams happening in real life are slim, but I have those dreams often, anyway...
If you believe in God, ask him to protect your children, and pray whenever you feel scared. Ask him to stop you having those dreams, unless they are a warning. Try not to worry about it happening too much - its extremely unlikely. And you may develop an anxiety or panic problem and that would be very hard to live with. Give your fear to God, let go (you can%26#039;t control everything), and enjoy your children and every day you spend with them.|||good job. now im gunna have a dream like that tonight.|||To dream that you feel fear, signifies that you achievements will not be as successful as you had anticipated. You are having anxieties in certain circumstances of your life.
To dream that you are scared, indicates that you are experiencing self-doubt and feelings of incompetence. You may be feeling a lack of control. Anger often masquerades as fear, so also consider issues about which you are angry about in your waking life.
Your kids are the most important in your life, and self sacrafice is a natural occurence.|||It does sound that you%26#039;re anxious about something -- the situation is the scariest your brain can construct.
It does NOT mean that anything like this will happen.
It does suggest that something%26#039;s bothering you.
Try writing about the dream, in as much detail as you can, and then keep writing.
Keep asking yourself what it means, and then writing what comes to mind.
Ask yourself if there%26#039;s something you%26#039;re worried about or afraid of, then keep writing what comes to mind.
At some point, you may find yourself writing what is actually bothering you.
