How do i obtain a notorized certificate stating that I am un-insured?

Hello guys,

I just need some advice on this. I do not own a car, so obviously don%26#039;t have car insurance as well. I rented a car from enterprise in Minnesota and preferred to use my Credit Card%26#039;s Collision Damage Waiver offered by the card. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident and now have filed a claim with my credit card. They asked me to send in some documents, all that I was able to procure, except for one. They asked me to get a notorized statement that at the time of the accident I do not have any car insurance, which i don%26#039;t. Any advice on how/where I could obtain that document ?

Im surprised that they are even covering this. Basically all you have to do is type a letter to the credit company stating that you didnt have insurance, and then take it to a notary. There is not standard form. You can even hand write it if you want.

Same answer as above..most all banks have a notary. BTW.|||Hi,

Good post. I had some problems with my car after I had an accident. My Insurer wanted to raise my rates $525 a year! I%26#039;ve never even gotten a speeding ticket!

I looked for a new provider and found this website:

They compare all of the major insurance providers and give you the best deal. I ended up saving over $300 from what I was previously paying (that%26#039;s $825 a year!).

Good Luck|||Hi,
