The site that I wish to make a purchase or two from only honors mastercard, visa or epassport (which requires one of the above credit cards or a US bank account which I don%26#039;t have since I%26#039;m Canadian) How would I go about opening a preferably Canadian MasterCard or Visa Debt card?

yes they do offer. contact ur nearest bank for an account, else request ur existing bank to issue u a new visa or mastercard debit card|||YES, BOTH DO BUT CHECK WITH PAY PAL FOR ONLINE PURCHASES!!! THAT WAY YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE TO APPLY FOR DEBIT CARDS|||They dont offer debit cards but they support them. If your debit card has a mc or visa symbol on it you can use it anywhere you can use mc/visa. Just make sure when you open your debit card that it is supported by mc/visa.
