If you are trying to transfer a balance then your best option is to get a credit card with zero everything:
0% APR (for whatever length of time....12mths if possible)
0 annual fee
0% balance transfers
and look for the APR after the 12months and find out what the rate will be

First off...i know that card because i get it all the time. Thats not an offer of a credit card...its an offer to apply for one.
Anyway, that said, you should have between 2 to 3 credit cards so it builds your credit nice and high and always pay the balance. 400 dollars on a credit card is not too bad. As long as you dont have any collections on your credit right now, they will probably give you the card so i say go for it and make sure you keep your capital one card.|||transfe it. it won%26#039;t hurt. just make sure you pay it off in 12 months. also, dont forget you will have to pay a transfer fee for transferring balance, which shouldnt be too much. so transfer and pay off ASAP...dont wait till the last min just cuz you know you have 12 months DO IT ASAP!
