If you feel no need to pay your bills that you accumulated and you don%26#039;t mind letting other people take up the payments for you and you also don%26#039;t mind the damage to your credit rating, you go right ahead and file for bankruptcy.
The laws are changing and it might not be as easy as you think it will be.
Then after you succeed, you go right ahead and get more credit cards and start compiling more bills with your fresh start.

Ok, here%26#039;s the deal, if you have a bank loan of any kind, and keep it up. Don%26#039;t file it on your Chapter 7, keep this line of credit open at all times if possible. IN the bankruptcy courts now, the laws are growing different each day. Just in case, keep paying on the cards, loans, whatever, if you want to insure a credit line, ok? If not, you could be ruined.|||hi|||Filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy is a lot more complicated than taking a list of your debts to the courthouse. For starters, you are required to take pre-bankruptcy credit counseling, there are official court forms that must be completed correctly, there is a bankruptcy filing fee that must be paid - the list goes on...
The best thing to do is to contact a lawyer in your area to find out your best course of action. Because your income is limited, you may even qualify for free or reduced legal help - it%26#039;s worth checking out.
Following is a link that describes the Chapter 7 bankruptcy process in detail. I hope it helps - good luck :-)|||Plenty of good advice here.
