I have experience the %26quot;beauty%26quot; of customer services from Bank of America. They are the biggest bank in America, but have the WORST customer services in America.
They aren%26#039;t scare of losing customers regardless of their customer services because they have lots of customers. Most of their customers are hispanics. Check this out http://www.wwaytv3.com/node/396

I absolutely refuse to ever bank with Bank of America no matter how appealing their offers may seem because I have several friends and family members who do hold various types of accounts with them (checking, savings and second mortgages) and they have had nothing but problems.
So yes, I agree with you, Bank of America probably is one of the worst when it comes to customer service, but I%26#039;ll never have to find out for myself. Too bad that they don%26#039;t realize the power of word-of-mouth. For every customer that they lose, it%26#039;s at least a dozen that they%26#039;ll never gain.

Yes Bank of America is the worst bank EVER! It stold money from me instead of saving me LOL that%26#039;s why I hate it.
