Do any of those free stuff sites realy work?

i am looking mostly for sites that offer electronics and possibly gift cards to teen type stores like pac sun, aero, a.e., hollister, or abercrombie. i realy want a laptop (preforably a macbook or a vaio)

but i realy dont have the money for one (what teen does?) and if you have recived something like this and you got it without a credit card or having to pay for anything, please help me. answers are much apreciated
